Travel insurance
And if something does happen to hinder you from travelling:
We would strongly recommend you taking out a travel cancellation insurance, because your health and safety is important to us. In the case of legitimate cancellation (death, illness, accident - also events involving relatives - rescue costs and unexpected premature departure, the insurance will pay for the incurred costs as follows:

Natural events/acts of god (avalanches, landslides etc.) reimbursement of costs for necessary board and lodgings locally when roads are closed. |

This cancellation contract underlies the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions and the valid pricelist for the period booked. The premium amounts to 5% of the price of the holiday booked.
Price example: Cost of holiday € 1.000,- x 5% = € 50,-- insurance premium. Our reception staff are happy to carry out the necessary arrangements for you.
